“You Don’t Say!”

Speaker: Holly Nagel
Building relationships is key to building professional success and it’s in the way we communicate non-verbally that actually speaks louder than our voice can. Everything from our smiles and facial expressions to our handshakes and emails can encourage or discourage future prospects, as well as current associations. And that’s not all. Within the first several seconds of an initial meeting with someone judgements and determinations are being made about nearly a dozen different characteristics.

This program will foster a working awareness of exactly how we communicate non-verbally and will provide you with tools on how to make a great first impression every time.
