Chamber, Village Working For You

The Gurnee Chamber is working for local businesses! We have successfully lobbied the Village Board to ease the 14 day limit on temporary signage. You spoke and we listened. Many of you told us you were hoping to make more use of signs near streets, including one restaurateur who wants to tout "economic stimulus" specials. Businesses are looking to promote their sales and specials during this tough economic climate. The limit has been extended to 90 days. Thanks to the Village Board for your wisdom and seeing this through. This is just one more benefit of a chamber dedicated to Gurnee. The story can be read here.
