    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Staying up to date with current building code requirements
    2. Reviewing production procedure before the project starts
    3. Ordering construction materials
    4. Reviewing material staging package
    5. Scheduling all trade partners and inspections
    6. Attending pre-construction meetings
    7. Placing job signs
    8. Attending weekly or daily meeting to allocate resources
    9. Managing budget to bring job in profitably by managing available resources
    10. Collecting payments from homeowners and delivering to office per payment schedule
    11. Ensuring quality and timeliness of trade partner work
    12. Setting up jobs for dust protection
    13. Monitoring budget on a daily basis with respect to labor and materials
    14. Communicating progress of job to homeowners and production manager
    15. Keeping work vehicles clean and stocked with necessary materials
    16. Keeping a clean appearance and wearing DM-approved clothing
    17. Reviewing the scope of work/specifications with homeowners
    18. Reviewing change orders requests with salesperson and processing change orders as necessary
    19. Completing job completion checklist and reviewing with homeowners
    20. Picking up company job signs
    21. Dropping off neighborhood canvas bags
    22. Asking for letters of recommendation
    23. Following the DreamMaker Code of Values
     
    Education and Preferred Experience:
    1. Minimum: High School degree 
    2. Preferred: BS Degree or equivalent work experience, several years in construction field
    3. Experience at working with trade partners (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, countertops, drywall tile and flooring)
    4. Experience managing other workers
    5. Understanding of construction basics
    6. Basic computer skills in MS Office applications
