Therefore, it is imperative that appraisers easily be able to retrieve, list, and analyze large quantities of data using Excel. You will use the MLS to learn how to: • Sort and filter data • Highlight duplicate data • Calculate mean and median values • Statically analyze data using data regression • Conditional formatting and how to create a scatter chart • Accomplish tasks with more confidence and effectiveness
